Looking together started on house flipping

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some guidance on taking the next steps into house flipping. I currently own a remodeling company with a 12-person crew, and I’d like to leverage that experience to begin building a real estate investment portfolio.

My challenge at the moment is qualifying for financing. I take a very low salary for tax purposes, which makes it difficult to show sufficient income. I have approximately $350k in equity in my primary residence and have been considering HELOC options, but I'm running into the same issue with reported income.
