Scaling Fix and Flip Portfolio

I am looking to scale my house flipping business and am currently exploring partnerships with private investors to support this growth.

Over the past two years, I have successfully completed six single family flips, maintaining a 100% profitability track record. My focus on all my flips is really efficiency. I operate locally and have a good network of remodel teams to ensure rapid project turnarounds. This year, I have completed four flips, each executed in six weeks or less, with returns between 5% and 12%.

I have built a strong foundation through longstanding relationships with local real estate agents, wholesalers, and hard money lenders. Having successfully streamlined my construction operations to allow for concurrent project management, I am now ready to scale my capacity from my current volume to 4–5 simultaneous flips.

I would welcome your perspective on how you navigate sourcing and structuring private capital to support this level of growth. If you are open to it, I would love to connect to discuss how we might work together, or to hear any advice you have for a developer looking to transition from self-funded projects to a private-capital model. Happy to share the addresses of my previous remodels as well. Thank you guys!!
