Built a free tool that scores my contractors on bid vs. actual looking for feedback
Got tired of going on memory about which contractors actually deliver, so I built this for my own flips. Log what each one bid vs. what the job really cost, and it shows where you're bleeding money by trade and who's predictable vs. who's sandbagging bids. Free if you want to run your own past projects through it, mostly after honest feedback on whether the scores match reality.
