Make Real Estate Commission While Flipping

All,

I am a real estate investor currently working on flipping my first property. I used a realtor to purchase a HUD property at well below market value. I am currently half way complete with the rehab. There is still another 4-5 weeks remaining before completion (mainly due to the cabinet contractor being too busy).

I am currently working on getting my real estate license via online. I should have my pre-license by the time the house is ready to list.

It recently dawned on my that I can also use the my license to purchase my next property. If I use my real estate license to represent my company during the next purchase will I also be entitled to the real estate commission? This model would allow me to gain commission on every purchase and every sale.

Note: I plan on posting before/after pics as well as the pertinent numbers upon completion.

Enjoy!
