Flipping CRM/Software?

Does anyone know of a crm/software system specifically designed for a large residential house flipping company?

My flip companies volume (8 flips per month) has reached the point that we've out grown our current internal systems and procedures structure (excel spreadsheets, calendars, etc).

We spoke with Chetu about designing an in house, online based crm/checklist software, but the quote was $40-50k & 4 months to design our specific program. 

I have pretty specific features in mind, but thought it might be possible that one of the gurus or an investor in a different market has already invested this wheel.
