I'm meeting with a guy who made millions. What do I ask?
Now I'm not a wealthy guy and I didn't come from wealth but my dad has a close friend who has made millions in real estate. Tomorrow I get to meet with this guy and pick his brain.
He's retired and said he will give me some of his old contacts, but what questions should I ask him? Also I. New at this

My recommendation would be not to ask him anything right now. Wait until you have a better understanding of the industry and what you're trying to accomplish, and then start asking questions. Otherwise, you're essentially just wasting his time asking questions that can be answered anywhere.
There are lots of people on this site who have made millions from Real Estate. If your goal is simply to ask questions of millionaires, you can ask them here and get just as good answers. Without wasting your one good connection by asking basic questions and potentially wasting his time.
