Looking for a good property manager in Topeka, Kansas. I would prefer to go with one with a personal reference rather than just my own analysis. Are there any recommendations? What makes them good?

Rental Management Solutions  They can handle about any maintenance or repair request or get in contact with contractor to complete the task.  I have been using them for my rentals for about 5 years.  How many properties are you looking to be managed?

@Luke Stutz I’d recommend Property Evolvers. I’ve used RMS in the past....so Property Evolvers is owned by a long time friend of mine and manages my 7 houses there. Personal referral. He will take good care of your houses and great communication, won’t nickel and dime you like others will.
