I'm looking into investing in a property around $40-60K My plan is rehab (20-30K), rent, and hold. I've heard Dignowity Hill is a good area but apparently I won't be able to find a place for my budget. What other areas do you think would be good for my plan? I'd rather pick a spot where millennials are moving since I know that market well.
