I can't recommend this book enough!  What really stood out to me in this book is how honest, practical, and entertaining it is. So many real estate books are just investors talking about how great they are. Matt shares the good and the bad, including his mistakes, and the lessons behind them in detail. That alone makes the advice feel real and actually usable.

I also appreciated how he ties current and future trends into investing. He covers affordability, AI, and where the market is heading, which made me rethink my long-term approach.

This isn’t a one-and-done read for me. There are a lot of small details and nuggets I’ll be coming back to as I grow my portfolio.
