Note Investing Courses
I want to get educated on buying and selling promissory notes. There are several courses for sale, but I can't afford to buy them all. Plus, there are a bunch of people claiming to be experts, but I'm not sure if they truly are. I'm open to learning about purchasing 1st and 2nd mortgages.
