Fundrise?

Has anyone else joined Fundrise, or any of the other Kickstarter-like RE sites?

If so, have you had any success raising or making money?

I have been using Fundrise for almost a year now, and enjoying a 8-10% ROI distributed quarterly. Actually, the more I read these forums, the more I think Fundrise is so good that I should really invest more there.

I don't have to worry about mortgage-funding-tenants- banks-repairs.... I just put  money there and enjoy the returns.
