What the best way to organize list and leads that you purchase from Data source

Hello

I'm a real estate investor who is having a hard time managing the leads that I purchase from software companies. I feel like I'm paying for the same data over and over again. I was wondering if someone could shed some light on how they manage their leads and list that they purchased

 Hello Jermaine!

I'd recommend using a CRM - I personally use KVCore but there are tons of better ones out there to be honest.

When you upload your new lead lists, your CRM should scan for duplicates and give you the option to delete or keep the duplicates. The CRM can also allow you to easily add notes for each lead and even set up tasks/reminders for yourself.

If you prefer using an excel/csv file (not recommended for tracking), you can use the features within the software to search for duplicates.

All the best!

Abel
