What features matter most in a flip analyzer?
I'm working on a flip calculator and want to make sure I'm building something actually useful. Currently it calculates profit, ROI, and deal quality based on purchase price, renovation budget, ARV, and holding costs.
For experienced flippers - what am I missing? What would make a tool like this worth using regularly?
Appreciate any input.
