Building a tool for US agents - Australian developer needs your input

Hey BiggerPockets community,

Alessandro here. I'm based in Sydney, Australia, but I'm building this specifically for US real estate agents.

Quick background on me:

- Been studying real estate since 2019
- Completed the Deal Maker Property Developer Success Course in 2023
- Part of Australia's largest Property Developer Network
- Read more RE books than I can count
- Just exited a 7-year hospitality business in late 2025

I'm an AI developer, and I am about to build a Chrome extension for agents who prospect expired listings and price reductions.

Here's the problem that I have heard about:

Agents spend hours jumping between Zillow, skip trace tools, CRMs, and county records. By the time they research a property and reach the owner, three other agents already called.

So what I am doing here is building something that surfaces motivated-seller signals while you browse. Motivation score, owner contact info, outreach drafts. All in under 30 seconds without leaving the page.

Now, here's why I'm here:

I'm based in Sydney. I understand real estate from the investor/developer side. I know what makes a motivated seller.

But I'm not in the US. I don't know your market the way you do. I don't live the agent daily grind.

That's exactly why I need to talk to you.

I'm not here to sell anything. I'm here to learn from US agents.
