Looking For A Flipping Project Management Tool

I suddenly have 3 flip deals that I have on the go. I'm looking for some sort of project management tool to keep track. Ideally it would combine a CRM, calendar, timeline, etc. 

I'm pretty good at not getting to excited about a tool, when 99% of the time a notebook and excel seem to work great, but I do like a perfect tool :) 

What do you use?
