Planning ahead for a rehab (SFH)

Goodmorning BP, today I have a concern in regards to a rehab on one of my SFH. I obtain this property via Zillow with owner financing. Currently under contract and waiting for title search to be completed.

My question is how should I start planning for rehab? (I.e. getting permits, obtaining temporary power, getting estimates, etc)

Hence, this is my 1st rehab SFH, I wanted to do rehab alone with family-help to minimize expenses. Any advice/feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

Hey Jesus-

Do you have an idea of the rehab work. I know here in GA a licensed contractor has to pull permits if the work performed cost more than $2,500.

I would suggest getting a few contractor bids on the property so you get a general idea of what the rehab is going to cost and time line. Also- when interviewing the contractors, make sure they have the ability to pull permits. Ask for references, pictures of previous work, etc.
