Cash out refi 80% LTV
Good Morning, everyone!
I live in Indiana and I'm looking for some help with cash out refi. I've just completed my BRRRR and I'm looking to cash out refinance. All the banks I've contacted so far only offer up to 75% LTV. Does anyone have contacts or referrals to banks that would offer 80% LTV? Thank you so much for the help!

Also, be cautious of anyone offering terms that seem too good to be true—there can be scams out there. Most DSCR lenders are capped at 75% LTV to manage risk and ensure they're not overleveraging loans, which is especially important in today's market.
