BRRR to serving clients?

Should we try to scale our BRRRR to handle more deals per year or take on client work in order to operationalize a BRRRR business? We've been doing ~1 BRRRR per year (6 total in 6 years) but given what we've learned I'd like to scale and make this a f/t business, and wondering what others have done that has proven successful? Do you focus on deal sourcing, do you secure a contractor who is essentially dedicated to working with you (if so, how do you structure the incentives for them?), how do you keep contractors busy during slack periods between BRRRS so they don't disappear or get committed to other client projects? Thanks!!!!
