I am still fairly new to real estate. However I am looking to network with people in my area (Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery county). Also if you have one piece of advice for a newbie please let me know what that would be. I am currently in school working on getting my real estate license. The only advice I can feel comfortable really giving you at the moment would be to start with a house hack to get your living expenses as close to zero. Even better to get a cash flowing investment. Good luck with your license!
