Hello! I plan to purchase a first home—specifically a townhome anywhere in Montgomery County (MoCo), Maryland this year. Does anyone know what the First-Time Homebuyer Assistance Programs are in Maryland? Which ones should I pursue for a primary residence? I am deaf and have held a professional job for four years. Are there any first-time homebuyer assistance programs that specifically assist people with disabilities like me?
