Hey anyone have advice for specific submarkets within Anderson Indiana. Are there any up and coming areas or areas to avoid. Dividing streets or geography? I'm buying SFRs here for rentals Also any recommendations for property management Any advice would be appreciate

Its still not 100% back but rentals are still good the closer you get to the university. Same goes for Muncie.
