Help structuring a Sub 2

Investment Info:

Other buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $220,000
Cash invested: $25,300

This is a 10 acre RV resort, 54 sites with 7 buildings and an indoor pool. We are in need of a SUB 2 coach to writ the agreement.
