Hey team,
I am genuinely curious if this property is a homerun opportunity to develop as an STR in the highly regulated but unincorporated area of Mount Pleasant. I have recently got my first STR in MtP by converting my primary home/sitting on the 3+yr waitlist for a license and doing just as well as I had anticipated. I have not done a professional amount of due diligence to explore this property throughly, mostly due to time and risk threshold but feel like this could be a hidden gem. Possible multiple tiny home beach resort like development plan… If any of you sharks out swipe this up and make a good return, glad to share it. Just pay me in knowledge and finance my next deal :) Curious to see the feedback here.
