Requesting help with wholesale deal analysis
Hi team. I'm a new RE investor and a green wholesaler. I haven't taken any courses on wholeselling yet. But a potential deal landed on my lap. A neighbor is offering to sell me her property. She owes 400k on the property and wants to sell. A listing on Zillow shows comps at high 700s to low 800s. I'm trying to find in this forum advice on what to offer my neighbor if I were to get her under contract to wholesell it. I've tried going through the calculators on this platform but they're confusing. Ideally, I'd like to earn 20k on my fee. Can anyone tell me what a good offer would be? Thanks for the help.
