Can anyone recommend an investment-focused property appraiser in Cleveland, OH (44113)? I'm seeking someone experienced in valuing newly renovated properties for refinance purposes. Thanks in advance.

Unless you’re just looking for an opinion, I don’t think you need this. Your lender is going to choose the appraiser, not you. They’ll either have a go to person/group or it rotates through a group of people in order.
