Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $280,000
Cash invested: $66,000

With our first property doing so well, we had to try again. Another 4-bed new construction, made this an easy decision for us to continue investing.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional 30-year mortgage

What was the outcome?

Lightning strikes twice! Continued success on AirBnB has this property paying for itself and then some.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Yes, The Gibson Group, Isaac & Lauren, made for such a smooth experience & closing process. We will definitely be using them again.
