[Calc Review] Help analyzing this deal
Hey guys, I have been playing with some numbers on some local properties around where I live and my ideal market. Here is one fourplex that I think makes a lot of sense. Is there anything I am missing? It seems like a fantastic deal to me and I would like to tour this property but if it is not with my time I won't. I just want a clarification from some more experienced investors about this property. Thank you!
