multiunit properties

Hello Bigger Pockets,

I am sure that somewhere out there is a spreadsheet that has been developed or an imprint on one of the larger brains here in Bigger Pockets, that can help me assess and evaluate multi-unit properties. A book? A spreadsheet? A mentor? Preferably not a several thousand dollar bootcamp. Ok dear community, help a brother out and if this really helps I can offer my services as a small animal veterinarian at an extreme discount, I am in the Los Angeles area...(yes I am at the point of "pseudo-bribing")...I am willing to do the work and do the studying, can someone just point me in the right direction. I would be so grateful!

Howie
