Mortgage demand pulled back last week as rates swung wildly, starting off low and then climbing sharply, rattling buyers.  For aspiring investors and buyers, rate volatility raises uncertainty about deal timing and affordability. If you’re standing on the sidelines, handcuffed due to paralysis of analysis or waiting for the “perfect” moment, this is a reminder that markets don’t wait.  Creative strategies gain relevance when traditional purchase demand is shaky.  Use volatility to your advantage: more sellers will be open to creative terms when buyer demand falters.
