what is a fair management rate
Hello, I currently own 4 buildings with my partners and do the property maintenance side of the management. I handle all tenant problems that relate to the building. All of our bills are on autopay so very little work there for my partners and we collect rent via an app.
They do some year-end accounting mostly book keeping. I also charge them a half months rent to rent vacant apartments.
What is a fair management fee?
