How are you finding your leads
Hey all,
Seems like we're not the only ones having issues finding tenants. We're still getting most of our leads via Zillow and Zumper but need more to get our vacancies down. We tried FB marketplace, but the leads weren't very good, and my account got suspended for 'suspicious activity.'
What is working out for you guys?
I'm finding that Turbotenant has given me tenants for my apartment units. They post to many sites and so people are finding it on Craigslist, Apartments.com, Hotpads, etc.,
