Finding Investor friendly Agents in St. Louis, MO

I am looking for investor friendly agent to work with in St Louis...It would be nice if I could get access to the MLS myself so I can run my own property list and not take up the real estate agents time. If I could find an agent that I can work that with would be awesome. If anyone knows of an agent please respond with name or suggestions.
