Tenant evicted and property had pot smell
What should I charge tenant for pot smell in rental house? I lost a months rent trying to remediate the smell.

Ozone machines are supposed to work well at removing smells.
I agree with Chris-what did your lease say about smoking and is pot legal where you are?
