Searching for property management company

Hello All!

I recently just closed on my first property and am looking for a property manager to help manage one of the units. I have been searching for a good property manager that is familiar with the area and can help(44102, 65th and Detroit area), but have been received many red flags from quite a few companies so far.

They must be willing to work with a house hacker as I will be living in one of the units temporarily. I know I can save money by managing it myself, but I am viewing this as a trial period as I can see how things work with them while I'm on site. 

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
