Property Management Recommendations in Dayton, OH
Hi BP Community!
I'm in the early stages of investing in the Dayton, Ohio market and am currently looking to build a solid team on the ground. I'm especially focused on finding a reliable and responsive property management company that has experience working with out-of-state investors.
I’m targeting single family and small multi-family properties (2–4 units) with good cash flow potential and ideally long-term tenants. I’m looking for a PM who:
Communicates well and is proactive
Has solid vendor relationships
Understands the local rental market
Offers transparent fees and reporting
