Self Managing Rent by the room Strategy
I am working on a STR by renting out each room individually. I want to self manage but was wondering what software to use that's reasonable. I have a connection for tenants and don't need advertising. I only need scheduling, cleaning, and landscaping to be automated. What is the best software or platform you would suggest for this at a reasonable price.
