Property Management Unlicensed
Can anyone help understand what a property manager that is not licensed as a real estate broker or real estate salesperson can and cannot do? The RSAs are not specific about the activities and the real estate commission said they cannot interpret the legislature so to contact an attorney. Before going that route, I want to see if others have had the need to understand property management laws in NH.
