Tenant Dispute Duplex with RV Spot
I am purchasing a property(duplex). One side of the unit has extra land with an rv hooked up to the main unit. The main unit tenant is refusing to turn on power that allegedly went out on its own for the rv tenant. They are refusing to turn on power saying it’s under investigation and would be considered tampering and is sending me a list of (do nots). I will be a new landlord and am trying to navigate this situation.
If there is some advice you guys have it would be highly appreciated! (I am planning to speak to an attorney today)
