Looking for a new property manager

Melissa Martin
Posted

We have a condo in San Diego and are looking to replace our current property manager. They are constantly a headache and other than collecting rent and front facing with the tenants, it seems like we are still doing their job. We are overseas for work and can't manage it ourselves. Does anyone have a recommendation for a property manager that is knowledgeable and reliable with a reasonable fee? Our realtor in Virginia has been great for our other property but we haven't found a reliable service in San Diego that even comes close.
