Hello All!

Would love contacts for trusted HVAC Companies/Techs in the Maricopa County area of Arizona for a second opinion on a long term rental property. Tenants messed up the Air Conditioning and there may be a possible leak.

Following this - how do you typically set up your contracts/agreements with your tenants to ensure you aren't paying crazy fees for maintenance and repairs? I've seen contracts where for example contracts have a cap amount that the landlord will pay before further repairs, etc.
