Lending Options - Bay Area

Kyle Walsh
Posted

Hi everybody I am a rookie investor hoping to get my first deal. I want to start shopping lenders and was curious if any bay area folks had any suggestions for me?

I am looking at markets in the bay area as well as Sacremento, Vallejo, Hollister, and Gilroy.
I have specifically targeted the Hayward, Ca market and am starting my market research there.

HI Kyle, Happy to help and we can discuss any financing scenarios you have either if you are trying to house hack and rent the vacated units just to offset your monthly mortgage payments or just a forever home. Feel free to message me!
