Lender Credibility (Global Private Investment LLC)
I am a new REI and seem to be struggling getting that first deal done. Hard money is easier to get but this seem like a great opportunity for me to take advantage of.
Has anyone used Global Private Investment LLC, David Mitton to obtain any funds. I can't seem to find anything more than their website. They have posted on another social sight to acquire some business. I was hoping to gain some credibility with them. Hope I'm staying within the BP boundaries with this post. Thanks for your help.
