Interest rates n Alberta Canada
Does anyone have any advice on mortgage renewals…should I get a fixed, or variable?
The Bank of Canada said they are holding off on more rate hikes for now. You could do a 2 year fixed rate renewal and see where they are at in 2 years. They might go down a bit by then.
