I'm exploring the demand for 3D virtual tours and high-quality real estate photography for both real REIs and (REAs). With buyers and renters relying more on online listings, I'm curious how valuable do you find virtual tours in showcasing properties? For investors: Do you use 3D tours to market rentals or flips? Would having professional photos and virtual walkthroughs help attract buyers/tenants faster? For agents: Are virtual tours a must-have for your listings, or do you find professional photos alone sufficient?
