Tracking Down Returned Mail fFrom Sellers

Hello,

I am back again with another question. When I send letters to potential sellers. I recieve a small portion back. How can I find these sellers so I can send letters to the right place? I have had some people to say to toss them and delelte their information from your list. I always thought that was a waste.
