I've been investing in OKC since 2019 and it's been fairly good overall until this year. We have a small portfolio of homes, but have had vacancy in two of them for a number of months now. The marketing reports we are getting suggest we are getting interest in the properties (one more than the other), but my property manager is telling me they don't end up qualifying for one reason or another (prior evictions, ongoing evictions, etc.). The PM also says the market is struggling in this lower end of the market (~$1000/mo rent) and other property managers are experiencing the same issues.

Is anyone else experiencing the same?
