Hello everyone!

Currently I have three land parcels in Florida, and I am waiting for them to sell. The market has been slow and I am feeling it. Is anyone else experiencing this? 

I am looking for small multifamily in Florida as well. 

Does anyone have any advice?

    Hello @Anthony Kirchmann,

    We're helping a client sell a land parcel in Central Florida, and we're expecting a bit of a slow process. Some local brokers have cited an uptick in land sale fraud as a reason for the market softening. Other factors include environmental requirements. For example, removing certain species living on the land requires specific guidelines and is costly. Curious to hear if anyone has experienced this.

    Regarding your multifamily search, I'd recommend checking both expired listings and what's on the market. In some New York submarkets (i.e., suburbs and low-inventory markets), there are a lot more expired listings than active/available listings.

    I'd recommend using the search feature or agent finder tool if you aren't already working with an investor-friendly realtor.
