Rent by Room House Hacking Leases
Just wondering how fellow house hackers out there are writing up their leases for room by room house hacks. How do you define what space in the house is their rented spaces vs common spaces? Anyone every implement a household practices contract... for example quite hours after 10pm - 6am, designated parking spots, house temperature has been a big one in my house hack (some complain about it being to cold when the thermostat is at 70). I would appreciate any insight, as I am trying to improve my current/future house hacks.
