Georgia's real estate market
Hey I hope everyone is doing well. My name is Fawzi and I'm interested in investing in my first rental property. I want to buy using the 5% down conventional on a single family then rent out the rooms, potentially living in there myself. I have questions for any investors in the Georgia area, specifically Marietta/Powder Springs area. Would this be a good potential market to invest in and how inflated are the prices in comparison to other close areas in Georgia?
