Trying to Customize MTR Lease on FF Keycheck Documents
Hello MTR Family! After knocking out a full rehab for a great old house, I am about to start my first MTR Rental!
To make it fast and easy, decided to use Furnish Finders - Keycheck Documents for setting up the NYS lease. It seems straight forward, However I am struggling to find a way to basically enter MY OWN specific clauses... (IE- Statement about Flushable Wipes, and possibly other things I would like to add)
Am I missing a way to add my own Clauses? or is that just how it is? I would rather not burn up my limited document production count to put together an Addendum Doc.
